Message to End Users: When you first start the application, you will be asked the following questions:
1. Operator Code – Your VoIP service provider should provide you with the Operator Code.
2. User Name The VoIP service provider will give the end user a user name to use with their account.
3. Password: The password for the end user's account is supplied by the VoIP service provider.
